5 Major Reasons to use the Aztec Secret Healing Clay Mask

Once in a while, I stumble upon beauty products that are so amazing I want to share them with everybody. When this happens it’s like the beauty Gods are sprinkling their magic happy dust into my shopping cart.

Facial masks are incredibly trendy right now. Each shopping trip I discover a new mask that promises to tighten, firm, and detox my face. Of course, they are creatively packaged and look oh so tempting to try. The reality of it is that the pretty packaging doesn’t always equal such pretty results.

Recently I was introduced to a new kind of facial mask. Multiple friends were recommending this product, and of course, I had to try it.  The name even sounded magical, “Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay Mask.”

To my surprise, the mask contained only one ingredient, natural calcium bentonite clay. This seemed too good to be true. However, this major ingredient would soon prove to me its mind-blowing benefits.

A few days after ordering the product it showed up in the mail. I immediately had to try it. The instructions directed to use equal parts of vinegar or water with the clay. I read vinegar was the better choice, so I headed to the kitchen to grab a bottle. As I stirred this magical mixture I could see the bubbles beginning to form and a thick paste was left.

Next, I used my clean hands and coated my face completely with the mask. So far so good, except for the smell of the vinegar fuming from my face. The vinegar odor was potent, but I knew it was temporary. Within 20 minutes I began feeling a pulsating sensation and an intense tightening. Never have I experienced this sensation from any facial mask. It was visible that the clay was working its healing powers.

The mask was removed with warm water and a washcloth. It took some elbow grease but was entirely worth it. Underneath was a flushed face that appeared healthy and refreshed. I knew it was love at first sight. The results told me everything I needed to know at that moment.

#5) Mix as much or as little clay needed: This mask can be used more than once per week to increase its benefits. This is all dependent on your individual skin’s sensitivity and needs. The jar provides a large amount of clay which you can determine how much or how little product you need.

Many products fail to give customers the ability to measure out the amount needed for each use. I typically have excess leftovers and feel guilty for wasting perfectly good products. Fortunately, this product eliminates that issue.

Tips for getting the best results:

*Only use nonmetal instruments to measure and stir ingredients.

*Use equal parts vinegar and clay for best results.

* Allow the mask to completely dry before removing.

*Set a timer so you can relax. I set an alarm on my phone for 20 minutes. This gives me time to rest and let the mask work its magic!

* Use a warm washcloth to soften the mask before removing it from your skin. The washcloth softens the clay and makes rinsing so much easier!

* Clean your mixing bowl immediately after applying the mask. This will save you some time!

Keeping it real, this mask is worth every penny. It will not disappoint! I will continue to purchase this product and look forward to the unbelievable long-term results.
